The Great Killer Vermin Quest

Part One - Maintain a Vigil
Identify the stealthed killer rodents lurking in the Upper Reaches of the Choo Manor and watch them carefully for as long as it takes. Don't stop for anything! This is a timed quest and it will take a long time, all night probably. Try to stay awake. The sounds of rustling may help as will the yowling of the moonstalker runt assigned to help you with this quest. Be sure to explore and note any and all rodents.

Part Two - Eradicate the Rodent Superhighway
By light of day return to the Upper Reaches and explore in greater detail. Somewhere lurking behind walls or amongst debris is the conduit that the killer rodents use to transport their nesting material in and out of the Choo Manor. Find that highway and destroy it using this enchanted Mighty Iron Crowbar of the Mouse. Bring 8 pieces of superhighway debris to the Garbage Bag in the Choo Manor Chef's Quarters. Don't dawdle - only you can eradicate this infrastructure which supports the killer vermin of the horde!

Part Three - Eliminate All Remaining Rodent Hideouts
Find any remaining killer rodent materials and/or rodents and remove them from Choo Manor. Use a powerful sucking wand, if available, to tidily vacuum the scat and nesting material from the vicinity. Concentrate on the Choo Manor Chef's Quarters.

Part Four - Oh No!
Armor up and be sure to take all potions!

In the process of identifying rodential hideouts, you have stumbled upon the Killer Queen Ant's secret lair in the West Wall of the Chef Quarters! You must eliminate all her ant minions. Your crowbar has been specially transmuted to a Mighty Iron Crowbar of the Ant for this purpose. Use it to smash the wall to pieces and roust the ants from their nest. Use this special poison potion and spray the region thoroughly. Eliminate all signs of her minions and then go back in! Use your sucking wand to rip the Queen from her lair. Kill the Queen and bring me her head!
